Your Responsibilities
1. Course Development
Design and develop high-quality online courses in your area of expertise. These courses should be engaging, interactive, and designed to meet the needs of diverse learners
2. Content Creation
Create well-structured course materials, including video lectures, presentations, coursework and supplementary resources.
3. Assessment and Feedback
Develop effective assessment methods to evaluate student learning and provide timely feedback on their progress.
4. Course Maintenance
Regularly update and improve your courses based on student feedback, periodic reviews, emerging trends, and advancements in your field of study.
Qualifications
To be considered for a lecturer position at eLearning Powerhouse, we require the following qualifications:
- Subject Matter ExperiencePossess in-depth knowledge and expertise in your field of study, along with relevant teaching or industry experience.
- Effective Communication SkillsDemonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Technological ProficiencyComfortable using technology and learning management systems to create and deliver online courses. Prior experience with automated course development tools is a plus.
- Creativity and InnovationShow a passion for innovation in education, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences for students.
- Collaborative Nature Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with the management team and fellow lecturers to ensure the success of our courses.
